We will provide critical, unbiased reporting on any and all aspects of the guest experience at your hotels the good, the not-so-good, and when it applies, the downright awful. Our written reports will subject to the appropriate permissions from the client be supported by photographs and covertly captured video. SPEED OF SERVICERegistering as a Client online will create a secure user account on our website, through which, you, the client will typically be able to view online any reports we have produced - before we have even vacated your hotel. Our online reports whether comprising only a written narrative, or, when accompanied by photographs and video can be both viewed, and downloaded via our own dedicated and secure servers. Notwithstanding that you will typically have instant access to your report, we will of course, always subsequently supply hard copies, together with a CD ROM. Where we encounter evidence of internal theft or fraud, we will, subject to a request from the client company, supply signed witness statements, together with photographic and video evidence as appropriate; we will also liaise, where applicable, with the local police service in the preparation of prosecution case papers. In any instance that our findings lead to the prosecution of an employee of our client company in any criminal or civil Court, or the appearance of an employee of the client at an Employment Tribunal, we will always attend to give evidence, if called to do so. |
